"No Rules" Skirt
Tiered skirt-pattern developed with a combination of flat pattern drafting and draping.
Scarlet mixed fabric with woven pattern.
Handkerchief godets of varying sizes inserted at different levels;
 wide boned waistband, and CB zip opening; exposed overlocked seams in contrast thread.
